Upon identifying the most suitable company, we will proceed to evaluate the target business and draft a formal Letter of Intent, which serves as our official offer to the Seller.
5. Due Diligence
After negotiating the Purchase Price and signing the Letter of Intent, we will guide you on the recommended due diligence procedures necessary to acquire a business.
6. Closing
We will assist you on the Asset Purchase Agreement (APA) and conclude the transaction. This is the only moment we will charge a transaction fee on successful completion of the deal.

5. Negotiation
The subsequent phase involves negotiating the purchase price of the company and the terms outlined in the Letter of Intent. Following successful negotiations, the buyer will proceed with due diligence in preparation for closing the transaction.
6. Closing
